Absolutely not. On the contrary, it’s a clear-minded and courageous step. Rethinking your career path means choosing to move forward and grow.
Q3. I applied for a career transition but didn’t receive a response…
Don’t worry! We receive a large number of applications. If you are shortlisted, we will contact you. If not, stay tuned for our upcoming training programs.
Q4. How do you choose the training sectors?
We base our choices on the concrete needs of the Tunisian job market and on sectors that are actively recruiting. The goal is to train where real opportunities exist.
Q5. Will CORP find me a job?
We do not offer direct job placement; however, we provide you with the essential tools to succeed in your job search: key skills, a professional network, and enhanced support.
Q6. How much does it cost to participate in your programs?
Our programs are completely free for selected candidates! You will only need to cover your personal expenses (transportation, meals, etc.); we take care of the rest.
Q7. How long do the training programs last?
It depends. Some programs last a few weeks, others several months. We always provide clear information before the start of each program.
Q8. I need a CV or specific skills to apply?
Not necessarily. The goal is precisely to build your career path and skills together, step by step.
Q9. I want a specific type of training, how can you help me?
We offer programs based on the real and current needs of companies, not pre-defined standard courses. You can apply if one of our initiatives matches your interests.
Q10. Is it possible to meet you in person?
We organize an open day at CORP every month to answer all your questions. The dates of these open days are shared in advance on our social media channels.
